What I Do

I am in the business of correcting, organizing, and balancing your books in order for your CPA to prepare your tax return with minimal adjustments. My cost is a fraction of what your CPA will bill you for the same work at year end. I am not a CPA but I have worked closely with them for over 30 years.

What Can I Prepare for You?

Here is a list of some of the accounting I can prepare for you:

  • Record cash receipts/income from your daily cash reports and/or bank deposits.
  • Record cash disbursements/expenses.
  • Record any adjusting entries needed in records initially compiled and maintained by you. 
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements. 
  • Review payroll records and confirm proper posting.
  • Post earnings record to ledger. 
  • Record transactions to personal accounts and intercompany transfers. 
  • Prepare profit and loss and balance sheet as requested.

How it Works

Due to today’s technology driven world, all of my work is done virtually.  I will need your paperwork and/or thumb drive with your documents or you can upload them to my Dropbox account.  All original paperwork or thumb drives will be returned to you at the completion of the project.
